License grant
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CIQ Traders Keyboard for personal or permitted trading-workflow use according to the purchased license terms.
Software only
The license covers the software and included digital materials. It does not include hardware, broker accounts, trading capital, trade signals, source code, private development files, or custom consulting unless expressly stated.
No source code
The product is provided as a compiled software utility and related digital materials. Source code, build files, signing keys, permitted project files, private automation scripts, and developer documentation are not included.
No redistribution
You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, upload, torrent, mirror, redistribute, rent, lease, or make the software or bonus materials available to other users.
No reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, remove protection mechanisms, modify binary files, or create derivative products from the software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
License keys and activation
If license keys or activation controls are used, you are responsible for keeping your license private. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or license violations may result in access being disabled.
Updates
Founders or lifetime wording applies only to the scope stated at purchase. Future platforms or unrelated products are not automatically included unless expressly promised.
Compliance
You are responsible for complying with broker terms, platform terms, prop-firm rules, local laws, tax rules, employment restrictions, and any rules that apply to your trading activity.
License Grant, Restrictions, and Enforcement
- The purchase grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital software and documentation within the permitted scope stated at checkout.
- The user does not receive ownership of source code, design, brand assets, documentation, website copy, templates, screenshots, product names, trade dress, or commercial distribution rights.
- The user may not resell, sublicense, share, upload, mirror, publish, distribute, rent, lease, copy for others, include in another product, or use the files as a bonus in another offer without written permission.
- The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing, remove branding, defeat access controls, create confusingly similar copies, or use the product to infringe third-party rights.
- Compatibility depends on the user's operating system, MetaTrader installation, broker environment, symbol naming, account permissions, security settings, hardware, and configuration. Compatibility is not guaranteed.
- CommerciumIQ may suspend or terminate access for license abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use, unlawful use, chargeback abuse, infringement, or violation of these terms.
- The user is solely responsible for installation, configuration, platform settings, broker compatibility, permitted use, and all consequences of using the software.
Termination, Revocation, and Enforcement
- A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud determination, license abuse, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or prohibited use may terminate product access and the right to use the software files.
- CommerciumIQ may refuse support, revoke access, or require deletion of files where use violates license terms, checkout terms, third-party platform rules, broker rules, law, or intellectual-property rights.
- Unauthorized copying, resale, public upload, sublicense, reverse engineering, licensing bypass, false affiliation claims, or confusingly similar product use may result in access termination and legal action.
