You are responsible for checking compatibility, reviewing setup instructions, testing on a demo account, understanding every mapped command, and confirming each action before using the software on a live account.
Age, Capacity, and Authority
You may use this site, related materials, and any CIQ Traders Keyboard software only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these terms. If you use the site or software on behalf of a business, organization, or trading operation, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

MetaTrader, brokers, Gumroad, EmailOctopus, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective owners. Their terms, features, pricing, and availability may change.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, copy, scrape, abuse, attack, overload, or misuse the website, software, license keys, product materials, or support channels.
Intellectual property
CommerciumIQ branding, page layouts, original text, screenshots, videos, checklists, software materials, product names, downloads, and related materials are protected unless otherwise stated.
No warranties
The website and related information are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or compatibility with every computer, broker, symbol, build, platform version, or trading environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommerciumIQ is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, slippage, platform errors, broker execution issues, account restrictions, lost profits, indirect damages, or user configuration mistakes.

- No physical keyboard, macro pad, Stream Deck, keypad, hardware device, broker account, trading account, MetaTrader license, or third-party service is included unless expressly stated in writing.

- CommerciumIQ makes no representation, warranty, undertaking, or guarantee regarding profits, trade quality, execution speed, loss reduction, uninterrupted access, broker approval, platform compatibility, or error-free operation.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability of CommerciumIQ is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
- The user agrees to indemnify and hold CommerciumIQ harmless from claims, losses, costs, chargebacks, disputes, penalties, or damages arising from misuse, unlawful use, redistribution, false claims, broker or platform violations, intellectual-property infringement, or trading activity.
- The user must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must not use the website or product where prohibited by law, sanctions, payment rules, broker rules, platform terms, employer rules, or regional restrictions.
- Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, and disputes must be brought in Alberta, Canada, on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action.
