If you contact support, join a list, submit a form, purchase through Gumroad, or reply to an email, you may provide your name, email address, purchase details, message content, screenshots, troubleshooting notes, and other information you choose to send.
Checkout data
Purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad may collect and process payment, tax, receipt, license, and delivery information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Email marketing and updates
If you subscribe to updates or are added to a buyer education list where permitted, CommerciumIQ may use EmailOctopus or another email provider to send setup guidance, product notices, upgrade information, support education, and optional marketing.
Support use
Support messages and screenshots may be used to troubleshoot installation, compatibility, MT5 settings, error messages, license issues, and customer questions. Do not send broker passwords, seed phrases, bank details, or sensitive trading-account credentials.
Analytics and logs
The site may use analytics, server logs, security tools, anti-abuse systems, and performance monitoring. These tools may process IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, referral URLs, and timestamps.
Cookies and tracking

Privacy and Data Processing
- CommerciumIQ may process information a user submits, including name, email, support messages, order details, product version, screenshots voluntarily provided, and technical details needed to provide support or product access.
- Payment data may be processed by third-party checkout and payment providers. CommerciumIQ normally does not receive full card numbers or payment credentials.
- Website hosting, security, analytics, email, checkout, and support providers may process logs or service data such as IP address, device type, browser, referral source, pages visited, timestamps, security events, and order status.
- Users must not send broker passwords, account passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment credentials, unnecessary identity documents, or live trading credentials through ordinary support channels.
- CommerciumIQ does not sell personal information to brokers, signal groups, or advertisers. Data may be retained as needed for support, delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
- Users may request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe help where applicable, subject to records that must be kept for legal, security, accounting, fraud, or dispute reasons.
Electronic Communications, Consent, and Unsubscribe
- Commercial electronic messages may be sent only where CommerciumIQ has consent or another permitted basis, and messages should identify the sender and include an unsubscribe method where required.
- Transactional or service messages may be sent to deliver purchases, receipts, access information, product updates, security notices, support replies, policy notices, refund communication, or account-related information.
- Unsubscribe requests apply to marketing messages, but CommerciumIQ may still send required transactional, legal, security, purchase, support, or account-related messages where permitted.
- Users are responsible for keeping contact information accurate and should not use another person's email address, payment account, or identity without authorization.
