Quick answers
Buyer FAQ answers before purchase
These answers cover the questions most likely to affect purchase fit, support expectations, and safe setup.
Is CIQ Traders Keyboard a trading signal product?
No. CIQ Traders Keyboard does not provide entries, exits, forecasts, market analysis, copy-trading instructions, broker services, or profit guarantees. It is a workflow tool for manual MT5 Desktop execution and trade-management commands.
This distinction should be clear before purchase. The product can help organize repeated actions, but it cannot decide whether a trade should be taken, how much risk is appropriate, or whether a strategy has an edge.
- No signals or financial advice.
- No automated market prediction.
- No guaranteed trading result.
Is hardware included with the purchase?
No. The purchase is software-only. It does not include a physical keyboard, macro pad, Stream Deck, laptop, monitor, broker account, VPS, or prop-firm access.
The documentation explains how a buyer can think about keyboard or macro-pad mapping, but any physical device is separate. Buyers should confirm that their own input hardware works correctly on demo before relying on it in a live environment.
- Software and documentation are included.
- Physical hardware is not included.
- Hardware images are for illustration only.
Does MT5 already have keyboard shortcuts?
Yes, MetaTrader 5 includes built-in keyboard shortcuts for many platform actions, windows, chart controls, and terminal functions. CIQ Traders Keyboard is different because it focuses on a visible MT5 trade-management command-center workflow rather than only general platform navigation.
That is why the product pages compare workflows such as Buy/Sell, Close, Close Profit, Breakeven, trailing-stop mode, scope control, and key mapping instead of claiming MT5 has no shortcuts.
- MT5 shortcuts are real and useful.
- CIQ focuses on trade-management workflow organization.
- Users should compare the product against their own workflow needs.
What support details should buyers send?
Good support requests should include the Gumroad purchase email, product version, MT5 build, Windows version, broker/server name, account type, exact symbol name, timeframe, chart screenshot, Experts tab screenshot, Journal tab screenshot, and the exact steps that caused the issue.
For display issues, include Windows scaling and monitor resolution if known. For key issues, include whether the on-screen button works and which keyboard or macro-pad input was tested.
- Purchase email and version.
- MT5/Windows/broker details.
- Screenshots and exact reproduction steps.
