Before you buy

CIQ Traders Keyboard is a software-only MetaTrader 5 desktop workflow tool. It is designed to help organize repeated manual execution and trade-management actions, including hotkey mapping, close-scope awareness, breakeven workflow, and trailing-stop workflow.

It is not a physical keyboard, broker service, signal service, automated profit system, or financial-advice product. Users should review compatibility, setup, refund policy, license, and risk disclaimer before purchase.

No. The current Founders product is software-only. Keyboard images and macro pad examples are illustrative only. Physical keyboards, macro pads, keycaps, labels, and hardware accessories are not included.
Yes. You can use keyboard shortcuts and laptop backup shortcuts. A compatible programmable keyboard or macro pad is optional. Any external device must be configured, labeled, and demo tested by the user.
No direct TradingView execution is included. The current product positioning is MT5 Desktop on Windows. A future TradingView companion, cTrader version, NinjaTrader version, or other platform-specific version may be a separate product.
No. It is an execution and trade-management workflow tool only. It does not provide trading signals, market predictions, broker recommendations, financial advice, or profit guarantees.
Multi-order commands can place multiple market orders using the configured lot size and workflow settings. They are high-impact commands and should be tested carefully on demo before live use. They should not be used casually or mapped beside ordinary entry keys without a clear confirmation routine.
Current Symbol is intended to affect matching chart-symbol positions. Account-Wide can affect a broader set of open account positions and must be used carefully. Test both modes in demo with one symbol, multiple symbols, one position, and multiple positions before live use.
ATR means Average True Range, a volatility measurement used by the tool workflow to help size stop and trailing distances. Wider values can give more breathing room; tighter values can react faster but may be more vulnerable to noise, spread, and wicks.
This is a digital software product. Once customer Gumroad access, download access, or product files are delivered, sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where CommerciumIQ determines that access could not be delivered after reasonable support attempts.
The Founders version is kept simple to reduce customer friction. Advanced licensing may be used later for professional or higher-tier versions. The license and terms still apply to product use.

Compatibility questions

Check the environment before installing.

The most common support issues are usually platform, broker, permission, symbol, or mapping related.

What platform is required?

The current product is positioned for MetaTrader 5 Desktop on Windows. It is not positioned as MT5 mobile, MT5 web, MT4, TradingView, cTrader, or NinjaTrader software. Future platform versions should be treated as separate products unless the site clearly states otherwise.

Can broker or prop firm rules prevent use?

Yes. Some brokers, prop firms, account types, or trading environments may restrict Expert Advisors, trade-management tools, automated actions, or order modifications. Users are responsible for confirming those rules before purchase and before use.

Do broker symbols matter?

Yes. Brokers may use symbol suffixes or alternate names such as XAUUSDm, XAUUSD.r, or other variations. Users should confirm exact symbol names before relying on current-symbol, close-profit, breakeven, or trailing-stop workflows.

Workflow questions

Use demo testing before relying on speed.

Hotkeys should make a tested workflow easier to use, not replace confirmation.

1

Test simple cases

Start with one small demo position on one symbol before trying broader workflows.

2

Test scope

Compare Current Symbol and Account-Wide behavior before using close-related commands live.

3

Test labels

Make sure physical macro pad labels, software labels, and user expectations match.

4

Test management

Breakeven and trailing-stop commands should be tested on buy and sell positions.

Does compatibility or setup guarantee results?

No. Compatibility, setup, hotkeys, breakeven controls, trailing-stop controls, and close-scope features do not guarantee execution, profit, risk reduction, or better trading results. Market risk, slippage, spread, gaps, user error, and broker behavior still apply.

CIQ Traders Keyboard is intended to organize manual workflow. The trader remains responsible for trade selection, risk management, platform configuration, and final command confirmation.
