FAQ
Frequently asked questions for the software-only Founders version of CIQ Traders Keyboard.
CIQ Traders Keyboard is a software-only MetaTrader 5 desktop workflow tool. It is designed to help organize repeated manual execution and trade-management actions, including hotkey mapping, close-scope awareness, breakeven workflow, and trailing-stop workflow.
It is not a physical keyboard, broker service, signal service, automated profit system, or financial-advice product. Users should review compatibility, setup, refund policy, license, and risk disclaimer before purchase.
Compatibility questions
The most common support issues are usually platform, broker, permission, symbol, or mapping related.
The current product is positioned for MetaTrader 5 Desktop on Windows. It is not positioned as MT5 mobile, MT5 web, MT4, TradingView, cTrader, or NinjaTrader software. Future platform versions should be treated as separate products unless the site clearly states otherwise.
Yes. Some brokers, prop firms, account types, or trading environments may restrict Expert Advisors, trade-management tools, automated actions, or order modifications. Users are responsible for confirming those rules before purchase and before use.
Yes. Brokers may use symbol suffixes or alternate names such as XAUUSDm, XAUUSD.r, or other variations. Users should confirm exact symbol names before relying on current-symbol, close-profit, breakeven, or trailing-stop workflows.
Workflow questions
Hotkeys should make a tested workflow easier to use, not replace confirmation.
Start with one small demo position on one symbol before trying broader workflows.
Compare Current Symbol and Account-Wide behavior before using close-related commands live.
Make sure physical macro pad labels, software labels, and user expectations match.
Breakeven and trailing-stop commands should be tested on buy and sell positions.
No. Compatibility, setup, hotkeys, breakeven controls, trailing-stop controls, and close-scope features do not guarantee execution, profit, risk reduction, or better trading results. Market risk, slippage, spread, gaps, user error, and broker behavior still apply.
CIQ Traders Keyboard is intended to organize manual workflow. The trader remains responsible for trade selection, risk management, platform configuration, and final command confirmation.
